After cyclone Gabrielle hit, our river frontage has changed, replanting in process, becoming lovely and maturing . Our home is about 20 minutes from Napier, off the Taupo rd, and 10 minutes from the airport. Some wonderful cycle paths, walks,wineries and cafes not far away. The 2 bedroom appartment has its own private entrance .Games room and patio area. No kitchen but ,fridge,microwave, bbq etc About 300 metres from the river through a gate. (NB - the owners live upstairs)

A stone throw from Napier's stunning Botanical Gardens and close to Ahuriri's popular restaurants, cafes, bars and sandy beach; BellaMonte has views, and off-street parking that can accommodate small boats. Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
