Cosy Cottage Kakaramea

This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. AC and Starlink We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

This special place is close to everything, just off the motorway but set in in a quiet lifestyle neighbourhood. Enjoy your own seperate wing of this unique rammed earth home. Two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. Has separate toilet, and bathroom includes shower and stand alone bath. Includes separate facilities for heating food, making tea, coffee and toast etc & mini fridge. Close to town, has Uber and Uber Eats connections and fantastic walks close by on the Waikato River Trail.

Private outdoor area. Kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilities, selection of cereals, bread and milk provided. There is no stove/oven. Only a 5 minute walk to Saints Cafe and a Four Square. Short drive to The Base Shopping Centre. The Waikato Expressway, River Cycleway, and field days site are close.

Just 10 minutes to The Base shopping center and 10 minutes to the centre of Hamilton, and 20 minutes to Waikato Hospital. It also is only 26 minutes from Mystery Creek events center home to the NATIONAL FIELDAYS. Situated on SH 39 5 minutes off SH1, it is on your way to Waitomo caves. Surfing town Raglan is only 30 minutes away. There are a lot of cycle and walking tracks situated close by.

We have a lovely, spacious one bedroom Apartment, with large shower and separate toilet, in the lovely quiet and safe village of Te Kowhai, with a Café, Dairy, Fruit/Vegetable and Fish and Chip shop, all within a 2 minute walk. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.

Karearea Cottage is on 4 acres with a horse and pony next to the cottage. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

Lemon Tree Cottage is a comfy spot just a minute’s walk from the hospital and close to the lake and CBD. You can chill out in the bright living room, cook in the full kitchen, and you can get a good night’s sleep in air-conditioned bedrooms. Take peaceful walks by the lake or you can relax in the garden. And the best part? For every night you stay, we donate $10 to help treat the awesome NICU staff to lunch at the hospital.
