Wonderful place! Everything in great condition, unit very clean and well equiped. Would absolutely stay again. Also pool was lovely, hot tub fantastic for cooler days. And all common facilities well maintained. Nice location slightly out of town, flat and easy walk in. Meant we had a quiet night sleep in a busy town! Hayley was really quick to respond to messages and everything was as stated (I’d argue even nicer than the photos).

Lovely flat, in a perfect location. There’s nowhere better to stay in rotorua. Kristin was a great host, responsive and has brilliant recommendations on things to do.

Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

Clint’s bnb was a wonderful gem! We came during a rainy few days but felt so cozy and comfortable during our stay! Thank you!

Vicky’s place was great! Perfect for the 4 of us, located right near the Whangamata high street and a great view over the town and of the hills in the distance. The lounge was comfortable to relax in, the balcony got a lot of sun and the flat had all the amenities you could want. The instructions for finding the building, getting in and where to park, etc. were very clear and Vicky was incredibly helpful and responsive to messages. Would definitely stay again

We had an incredible stay at this thoughtfully designed and immaculate apartment. We loved the special touches such as coffee pods that were roasted and made locally. Every room is beautifully styled, well-equipped and ultra-comfortable. The apartment is spacious, filled with natural light, and spotlessly clean. Check-in was seamless, and communication from Caitlyn was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a hassle-free stay.

We had an awesome couple of days at this property. The location was perfect for us, close to Bayfair, Bay Wave and just a quick walk to the beach. It was also only a quick drive down to the Mount and easily accessible to Bay Oval.

Brilliant place to stay that is conveniently located close to the beach, shops and places to explore. Clean, quiet and Colin is a friendly, responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend to make your stay at the Mount, memorable!

Our family loved staying at Heemi's home for a short holiday and to move our son into University. The house was clean, comfortable and clutter free, with high-quality furniture, a lovely kitchen and comfortable beds. The number of bedrooms (4), toilets (2) and showers (2) made it perfect for our family of 5. The house layout is excellent with bedrooms separated from the living areas. Excellent off-street parking. Only a short drive up the road to Hamilton City itself for shops/places to eat. Heemi was very responsive to messages and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Heemi!

My Family who travelled to Nz at short notice Loved their short stay at Belinda’s home. The home was immaculate and very accommodating for my family. Super clean spacious and in a beautiful safe area. Belinda was very responsive, Very kind and understanding. I would definitely be booking Belinda’s home again when back in Nz. Highly recommend this home and awesome host.

Donna’s home is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and in a safe, convenient area close to shops ideal for both adults and children. During our stay, I experienced a medical issue and had close family come to support with our baby while my husband cared for me. I missed Donna’s messages on the Airbnb app the next morning and afternoon asking about extra guests. Once I saw them, I explained the situation and assured her they only stayed one night, and I was happy to cover any extra fee. After this we did feel a little unsettled, as neighbors were monitoring our comings and goings. It made us feel watched and impacted our sense of privacy. It would help if the listing mentioned any neighborhood watch or monitoring systems in place. Overall, it’s a lovely home and great for families, we just found the level of observation overwhelming.

The weather wasn’t great instead of going out we mostly stayed inside but had the best time ! For a bigger group the living room/ kitchen area was spacious and comfortable for us all. A well equipped kitchen and plenty of amenities. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space. Beautiful decor as well so a lovely atmosphere to be in. Thank you Ya!

From the moment we walked in, Laura’s place felt like home. Roomy, comfortable, two lovely outdoor areas, well provisioned kitchen. A short drive to a shopping centre with supermarket and restaurants, a short drive in the other direction to the beach or to Mount Maunganui. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

This is the second time I staid at Trudi’s place and both times I felt right at home. Trudi is so great and made me feel so comfortable! The space is beautiful and cozy and in a great spot. Close to lots of restaurants and the beach!! I will definitely bring back! Thanks Trudi xx

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

Great location , most restaurants and activities are about 5-10min drive , secure parking . Apartment has everything you need for a getaway .

Easy to locate and access. Very clean and well set out. The kitchen provided a selection of appliances and everything you needed for this space. Comfortable lounge furniture to relax while catching up. Primo sized bedrooms, one with a onsuite and 2nd bathroom was great. The bedroom with single beds did not have any towel or flannel, borrowed one from room next door. The trains seemed to be busy throughout the night, otherwise perfect for the 3 of us overnight, thank you Aleanna this apartment is well kept and presented. Ngā mihi - Teresa

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.
