I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Niniko Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and the communication with Niniko was prompt and friendly. The space itself exceeded my expectations – it was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we could have possibly needed. The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful neighborhood but still close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Niniko went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Vi har boet i Martins lejlighed i Vake, Tbilisi i 7 uger. Det har virkelig været en god oplevelse. Både Martin, lejligheden og området oversteg vores forventninger. Vake er et fantastisk område - måske Tbilisi’s bedste;) Butikker, lækre restauranter, parker, 24-timers åbent supermarked, seværdigheder og små hyggelige bagerier, er alt sammen inden for gå-afstand fra lejligheden. Lejligheden er lys og lækker og med alverdens smart-home installationer. Der er en fantastisk udsigt - som vi savner meget:) Man bor midt i storbyen, så der er lidt larm fra Chavchavadze Avenue, men man vænner sig til det. Vi følte os meget hjemme. Martin er en fantastisk vært. Super sød, hjælpsom og god til at følge op. Vi er meget imponeret over Martins oprigtige interesse og nærvær på trods af mange tusind kilometers afstand. Vi kan varmt anbefale at bo i Martins lejlighed.

We really enjoyed the apartment. All the furnitures were new and clean also with the welcome gift for bottle of wine!

We spent five weeks in this flat and it was absolutely fantastic. The place is great and has everything you want. The neighborhood got better with each day. We explored and found so many great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and things to do. Additionally, I can't say enough about Giorgi as a host. He offered recommendations, adjusted timelines due to changes in our travel plans, and was always quick to respond to questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!
