Ironcroft - Hunter Valley Wine Country.

Convenient for the Hunter Valley's wineries. A great launchpad for events, visiting wineries or just chilling out. It is only a 5 minute drive to Peterson's Champagne house, and 10 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens. Fully air-conditioned and sitting on a large block so you have plenty of space. Very convenient to amenities, with only a short 5 minute drive to local supermarkets. It is also a great house for a family (or two), or for a group of friends wanting to get away and have a break.

Eco Spa Cottage

Nestled amongst trees our cottages have a private master-bedroom with queen bed, loft bedroom with an open plan double and single bed configuration. A luxurious bathroom with hand-crafted timber finishes and a rainwater spa bath. The living and kitchen area is a generous open plan design with a wood fire. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas cook top and fridge/freezer. The expansive windows open on to a wrap-around verandah where you can enjoy a BBQ or just relax in the hammock.

Beachside cabin + solar heated pool @ Spoon Bay

Spoon Bay is 300m to the waters edge & Forresters Beach is only 350m away from this cute cottage. Hear the waves and feel the sea breeze from this private, quiet & comfy space in my beautiful garden. Coffee shops and restaurants are close by at Forresters Beach village shops. Terrigal is only a 3km walk along the Beach (or 5 min drive). BBQ, Kitchenette, fridge, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee supplied. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Private, safe access. Saltwater solar heated pool.

Karen's Place - Rainforest Retreat

We are back after renovations! Air Conditioned upstairs and down, with free WiFi and complimentary bottle of wine on arrival Beautifully appointed, big, modern, clean house backing onto rainforest with your own private hot tub and fire pit, outdoor lounge and hammocks. Plenty of space inside and out with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, 3 lounge areas and 2 wrap-around decks. 5 minute walk to the lake. Note: This is NOT a party house. Noise rules apply

Seaspray Beachhouse couples, families, small group

Serenity on Seaspray is perfect for a beach side getaway for couples or families. It is situated 4 minutes’ walk from Nelson Bay shops, d'Albora Marinas & Little Beach. It sleeps 8, has an open plan living areas, full size kitchen (including dishwasher) & essential meal preparation equipment (some basic pantry items). The indoor dining seats 8 people & private courtyard has a dining table & BBQ. Guest also have access to the communal pool.

Corona Cottage - A Private Oasis

Where Country meets the Coast, Corona Cottage is set on 2.5 acres of beautiful lawns & gardens with stunning views of the valley, just 10 minutes off the freeway & only 1 hour from Sydney. Enjoy a wander around the grounds, viewing an abundance of exotic fruit and nut trees. Take a dip in the pool, or just sit back, relax and soak up the peace and tranquility. Perfect getaway for singles, couples, families and friends.

Selby Lakeside Cottage

This 2 bedroom cottage is a true holiday house. With beautiful views of the lake and beaches which allow the family pet within a five minute drive, water activities for all are a must. The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.

Nelson Bay home on the beach!!

Rest, eat, sleep, repeat!! Enjoy the comfort of our renovated home. Perfect sleeping arrangements for 2 families or 1! The kids will be entertained with the beach at the front and park at the rear. Check in at 3pm and checkout at 11am. If there is no back to back bookings I may be able to accomodate earlier check in upon request. Everything in walking distance!

Peaceful retreat at Beulah Ranch.

Yarramalong Valley is the perfect place for a romantic or peaceful getaway, for either singles, couples or a family. The Cottage is fully self-contained although it is attached to the main house you will have your privacy. The views from your balcony are breathtaking.
