It is a fully furnished,1st floor unit that is located within the exclusive gated Castle Pines section of the PGA Village.(This is the newest PGA Village development with use of the luxury pool, not Golf Villa I or Golf Villa II which does not.) East of A1A, third house from private beach. 4-bedroom home with private heated pool. The house is beautifully furnished and sleeps 10 (9 in beds plus one baby in a travel cot provided). The 2 wing layout is ideal for 2 families as each wing features a master bedroom and a room for children, and a bathroom. The modern, designer kitchen and large comfortable living room are in the center of the house, separating the 2 wings and both open on to the very private veranda and heated pool.

This 2,500 square foot home is located in a private community only 1 block from the beach with private access. Our kitchen and Florida room offers plenty of room for entertaining. Step outside our Florida room to our in-ground pool with lush landscaping and tropical sea breezes. Need a soak, enjoy our hot tub right out of the master bedroom door. Stunning and tranquil beach house steps away from the ocean. Ocean view on 2nd and 3rd floor with wrap around porch on 2nd floor for grilling, dining or just relaxing. Completely gut renovated 2 years ago and pristinely maintained. Three bedrooms which sleep 6. (King Bed, Queen Bed, and Two Twin Beds.).
