The cabin has an open floor plan with plenty of space. The king size bed is located upstairs in the open loft. There is also state land surrounding part of the property for anyone who enjoys hunting.

The location is also central to the distilleries: 15mi to Maker's Mark, 35mi to Jim Beam, 50mi to Woodford Reserve, Lexington, and Louisville
