danise's listing was acurate and the amenities were more than what average airbnb's provide. no fuss at the gate and very easy to find the place using google maps and her instructions. plus for us were the 3 rooms with lots of pillows, towels and basic toiletries. i think the house next door were her relatives and they provided assistance when we needed it. we also loved the honesty store. it was very fairly priced and the options were well thought of. smart tv, wifi and the living room aircon were also very much appreciated. 🥰

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. We stayed at a beautiful lakehouse to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Surrounded by nature, the peaceful view of the lake and the cool breeze made for a truly relaxing escape. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee with that lakeside view was such a treat. It was a simple yet meaningful getaway—exactly what we needed to make the occasion extra special. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place to stay if you like a farm stay. Strong AC and has kitchen. Lots of mosquitoes so better have citronella spray, mosquito repellant like off lotion. They have their own dogs so there is a potential may get conflict if you bring your own dogs. Our dogs are both chaser. So they chase 2 of their dogs and one of them bite my smaller dog. The caretaker was quick to leash their dog afterwards. They also have chickens. Pathwalk is quite muddy and tricky. If you are not carefull you can easily slip. The waether is noce it rains from time to time which makes it colder even at noontime. Overall, a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay! Ms Ellen was accommodating and let us check in early. Kuya Bernie, the caretaker, was super helpful— gave us clear directions to locate the house and offered to buy rice for us. The place is spacious, with a big pool at the center that’s heated! The bedrooms are clean but the AC had a difficult time cooling the room (prolly bcoz of the heat?) so we all slept on the floor near the aircon vent. The mirror in the bathroom is spotty so you cant see your reflection properly. The ref had a sour smell (like kimchi) that was absorbed by some of our food. There was also a stray cat who ate our loaf of bread and some snacks on the table.

Arlene's place is awesome. The hot pool, huge lot area and clean place. Arlene is very kind and responsive also her sis in law Gigi. they are both kind and responsive. It's a place where you just want to relax and unwind and stay away from the busy streets of manila. The place is in a quiet subdivision. very peaceful yet the main road is just 5 to 10 mins away. we enjoyed our stay. the kids enjoyed the pool. Thanks Arlene and Ms Gigi. Definitely one of those places you will surely consider to stay again in the future.

When we first stumbled upon this house on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Aireen is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

Overall a great property, more spacious than what I had expected. Very clean, even the outdoor dirty kitchen. The house was fully equipped like it’s your own home. Thank you to the host and the care takers!

The reviews are true. Sir Daryl and Sir Danny were truly amazing hosts. As soon as you step in at their property, you don’t have to worry about anything since all listed amenities were readily available. I also appreciate Sir Danny’s willingness to help when we forgot to bring rice, he gave us some from their stock. Truly, it’s the small things that count.

It made getting around Quezon Province so convenient for us. We also truly appreciate how accommodating you were with our pets. The place was great, and ate gagay was so accommodating of our requests. The amenities were okay, and our stay was very relaxing. Some inputs for improvement: cr in the 1st floor bedroom has no light. Plumbing needs to be checked, there are leaks on the water faucets in the bathrooms. The ref took a long time to cool and freeze food, it just got better the next day. Good that we have coolers and ice. Suggest to provide hot and cold water dispenser instead inside the house, the blue water containers outside were dirty, we did not risk to use it for drinking. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we will be back!

We did enjoy the stay although it's far from the highway, but it's peaceful and quiet. Lots of fruit trees you can enjoy munching while around the farm. Swimming pool was our favorite. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Our trip was meant to be a quick visit to my dad’s hometown to reconnect. The place was exactly what we need with its proximity to the town plaza and along the main road to the town’s tourist destinations. The place is cozy and homey. Will likely our preferred place for our hometown visits that we will be doing more frequently.

Great place for a relaxing staycation away from the city! The villa was clean and just right for us, with no water and electricity interruptions. We also enjoyed kayaking and other sports (basketball and table tennis), and the friendly staff made our stay even better, assisting us with the common kitchen as well. My favorite spot was the swing and chairs while admiring the lake. Highly recommended! Few tips and reco: *Bring a Smart Sim, as the Globe signal is weak to none in the parking and lake areas. The villa has WiFi broadband, but there was no connection—possibly out of load. Need to reload or still ask the host. *Mosquitoes and flies can get in at night—bring insect repellent. The host may consider adding insecutor outside or inside the villa or providing a handheld racket mosquito killer *No reachable outlets on the second floor/attic—an extension cord will be handy and use it beside the overhead AC. We’ll definitely visit again if we’re in the area!

Among the AirBnb's we booked, this place is one of the best. For a very affordable price we get to experience farm life, one that we actually dreamt of having in the near future. The interior of the house is very beautiful, homey, relaxing and peaceful with complete amenities. We celebrated our 3rd year anniversary intimately, talking about our memories and plans beside the bonfire. We also have lots of good photos here. The view of both the sunrise and the sunset is superb and adds beauty to the place (thanks to the tip to wake up at 5:30am). Mam Jane and Ate Ofelia are both kind and responsive. Thank you for this worthwhile stay. We will surely come back with our family and friends.

The place was beautiful, aesthetic, calming, and peaceful especially during the night. 1 night is too short for this place. Imagine, you rented an island for a nice price. Highly recommended and will book again soon.
