Historic Barn Loft - Private & Spacious

Stay in our beautifully renovated 108 year old barn loft apartment. This space offers a perfect blend of history & modernity. The master bedroom features a comfy orthopaedic bed, while the spacious lounge features a sofa bed and heatpump. The Barnloft has a seperate bathroom and kitchenette . We have a trampoline, 2 cats, 1 dog & 5 hens. Wake up to the sound of birdsong. We are close to supermarket, parks and takeaways only 7 min of Tauranga CBD & handy to all express ways, 15 min to the Mount 🌷

New self contained studio with own private entrance. Close to main transport routes to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui Beach.Kitchenette,Oven,pots & ,mugs,pans,platesm. Small fridge,oven, jug, toaster, breakfast essentials,milk,spread,muesli,tea & coffee.Bathroom with toilet, shower, including hair dryer. TV, Netflix, WIFI available. The studio has doors to outside area. Heat pump. The studio is accessible through a pin pad/locked gate at front fence by letter box. One car parking at the property.

Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Entire Guest Suite

Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom fully self contained separate dwelling, comfortably accommodating 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Has the option of 2 extra guests sleeping on a double sofa bed in lounge for short stays & by request only. Central Tauranga location, Otumoetai Bureta area Free off street parking. Private courtyard in a quiet street. 5min drive to Tauranga CBD & 15min drive to downtown Mt Maunganui. 10 min walk/2 min drive to shopping centre with Bureta Woolworths, liquor store, bar & restaurants

Cosy cottage style unit

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place - separate lounge, dining, bedroom and bathroom. Big screen TV with Netflix in cosy lounge. Outside covered seating to enjoy eating or watching the starry sky at night. Park-like grounds and birdsong during the day. Our location in semi-rural Welcome Bay puts you in easy reach of the surrounding Tauranga/Mt Maunganui/Papamoa/Te-Puke areas ( about 15-20 mins drive). Only 1 hours drive to Rotorua. 50 minutes to Hobbiton.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Enjoy our attractive, quiet neighbourhood and easy access to Tauranga CBD 10 minutes walk away. Walking distance to Waikato University CBD Campus, restaurants, cafés, fast food, bakery, Pharmacy and Medical centre. Saturday Farmers Market and Bus routes at top of road. Suitable singles, couples and business. Hosts are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and require guests to be similarity vaccinated as a condition of any booking. This beautifully appointed one bedroom guest suite is located close to the beaches and shops. With a comfortable queen bed, a generous sized living area and modern fittings throughout, this guest suite will feel like your home away from home. A well equipped kitchenette allows for the preparation of basic meals that can be enjoyed outside on the deck overlooking the tropical garden.
