Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

The Woolshed

Welcome to our rustic 'Woolshed', which was once upon a time exactly that. In 2017 Ricky & Micaela renovated the woolshed into the countryside retreat it is now, located in the Papamoa Hills with beautiful views, nestled in nature on a lifestyle block. This rustic charmer is centrally located, close to the beach and the vibe of downtown Mt Maunganui where there is a large array of cafes, bars and restaurants. When you've had enough of the beach and the bustle come home to tranquil sunny back deck and garden then indulge in your relaxing hot tub with a glass of wine. You are most welcome to bring your pet on prior approval. Dogs must be 12 kilos or less.

This comfortable north facing fully fenced, three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow as well as plenty of outdoor space to play. The Bach sits three houses back from the beach with peaceful sounds of the waves and peeks of the sea and Motiti Island.
