Studio 8 is a private studio with a stunning view of the apricot sand beaches and lagoon of beautiful Cable Bay. Relax and unwind while you take in the view of the sea all the way across the bay to the KariKari Peninsula. Come and relax in our private studio, suitable for 1 person or for a couple. There are more than 13 eateries all within 5 minutes drive away. A private walkway down to the beach. Plus the best Ice Cream shop within walking distance! Perfect location to explore the Far North.

Old Fashioned Stunner

Original, Kiwi, 50's family bach with its own direct access to Coopers Beach. Rumpty, but comfy, and sitting on a large private section with room for cars and a boat. The bach is very private and quiet. It has magnificent uninterrupted views across Doubtless Bay, and you can walk down to the beach via a private path through the trees in 2 minutes. The bach has a heat pump, heaters and lots of blankets so that it remains cosy at night. We think it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Pōhutukawa Cottage, waters edge, Tapuwaetahi

Pōhutukawa Cottage is the perfect spot for a solo retreat or romantic getaway. This beautifully renovated cottage offers direct access to Tapuwaetahi Beach, with the tranquil lagoon just steps away. Kurrawa Cottage is a tropical oasis, set on 2 private acres surrounded by palm trees and lush gardens. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped into an absolute paradise - and only an easy 8-minute walk from one of Northland’s top beaches. The lawn offers plenty of space for kids to play, lawn games, or simply relaxing in the shade. Nestled among the palms is the outdoor bar, perfect for afternoon drinks, sunset BBQs, and laid-back evenings with friends and family!

Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Surrounded by trees and birdlife, unwind and relax in your private chalet or explore our tranquil 25 acres of orchards, woodlands, bush and gardens. Nature awaits. Recharge your batteries, enjoy forest bathing, or go for a dip in the pool or a soak in the spa. Enjoy our communal spaces and amenities. Watch a sunset over the woodland high up on the ridge or find the glowworms and native owls after dark in the native bush. Wake up to the birdsong and the breezes in the tree tops.

A little slice of paradise

Here is something a little different and special. If you are after a relaxing holiday experience surrounded by nature, but want more creature comforts than camping can provide, then this beautiful open plan deck and separate cabin is just for you! Tucked away in a garden oasis, this property has a seaview over Mill Bay and across to the Karikari Peninsula. The spacious covered deck for entertaining includes a fully powered utility with kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Black Box Bach

Freshly renovated and landscaped, the house has superb 180 degree views across Doubtless Bay. The beach, with many family-friendly activities, is only 380 metres away. You’ll love it because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the views, and the night sky. The supermarket, bottle shop, fishing shop, takeaway & 2 Dollarstore are 2 minutes walk. A perfect spot for couples and families (with kids).

Waterfront historic Bakery cottage

Located on the shores of the tranquil Mangonui harbour with Doubtless Bay beaches very close by. She (the cottage) is cute and eclectic with spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the view and location. Its a short walk to Mangonui village shops and cafes. The covered courtyard at the rear of the property is private, furnished and with a Weber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.
