Ryland Estate is a tranquil, boutique guest apartment accommodating up to six guests, nestled in the midst of vineyards in the heart of Marlborough's 'Golden Mile', renown for its great wineries and restaurants, set amid the region's breath-taking scenery. The property features 1.3 hectares of established private garden and orchard, and is perfectly located for wine tasting and fine dining, with a number of cellar doors, breweries and restaurants close by. Many can be reached on foot or by bike.

Guest bathroom and great pressure shower. Use of very well equipped kitchen. Lounge and out side covered deck. Laundry wash and dry $10.00

Relax & enjoy our fabulous views of the bay on top of Little Kaiteriteri. Car parking on the car deck along with a small table & chairs. Own entry from car deck. Bedroom is on lower level of the home with Queen size bed & ensuite bathroom. A mini breakfast is offered, fruit/yoghurt/ muffin). Fridge, Tea & Coffee supplied. No cooking/bbq facilities are available. A short downhill walk to the beach, cafes/restaurants or to catch a water taxi up to Abel Tasman Park.(8-10 min walk or 1 min drive)

In the garden. B n B

My home is 6 min. drive from the centre of Nelson City. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other a super king bed. 1 shower room. You are welcome to come upstairs to sit on the deck with fabulous view over Tasman Bay to the mountains. My street is off state highway 6 into Nelson from Picton ferry / Blenheim. Up a short drive. Nelson has many cafes, restaurants, cool gardens,art galleries, shops. There are excellent cycleways. The Abel Tasman park is 70min drive a must.

House on the hill with a view over the estuary and mountains. Only 5 minutes drive from the airport. It is close to the beach, restaurants and parks. If you love the outdoors, Nelson is a great base for lots of adventures. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We offer a continental style breakfast consisting of tea and coffee, a selection of cereals as well as homemade jam and bread if booked with enough notice.
