A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.

Great little self contained / self catering apartment with amazing views of Picton Marina from the terrace. Well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or an overnight stay. The apartment is located just a short walk from all the great galleries, restaurants, bars and shops that Picton has to offer. Handy for the Wellington Ferries and boat excursions out to the Marlborough Sounds.
