comfortable & clean & accomodating - place that feels very homey in a quiet neighborhood with many fruit trees. there is a small yard, 2 rooms, a private toilet, fridge and microwave. the shower is always warm with hot water, it is officially semi-shared with the family but we never had an conflict or problem - they only clean it when we weren't there., quite the contrary we loved meeting the family and they were very open and available for cultural exchange and hospitality just like we've experienced all over uzbekistan. if you want a sterile hotel - go for it.. but if you want a real uzbek experience in tashkent - this is as good as it gets especially for such a great price. thank you!!

What made me feel the safest is that Akramjan immediately picked up my phone calls and supported me on getting to the Airbnb. The check-in and check out were quick and seamless, and the airbnb had refreshments on offer (these were paid but were a great addition to the place). The home was spacious and functional. Good kitchen, bedrooms and guest area. Thanks Akramjan! Wishing you the best.

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания у Алексея! Он очень приятный собеседник, заботливый хозяин и замечательный человек. В доме все было очень комфортно и чисто. Удобные большие кровати и полная тишина по ночам. Нам очень хорошо спалось! Гостили у него с дочкой и ей тоже все очень понравилось. Она попросила поставить ему 10 баллов, а лучше 100😄 Обязательно остановимся здесь еще, когда в следующий раз приедем в Ташкент. До центра на такси ехать 15 минут. Рядом есть магазинчик, где есть все необходимое и кафе с вкусным пловом

We had a really lovely stay at this spacious and well-kept apartment. It was ideal for our group of five, with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was clean and nicely presented. The pool and gym were a great extra touch, and we made good use of them. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to any questions. All in all, a great base for our trip—would definitely recommend.

Всё было прекрасно. Подход и активная реакция Тахира, размещение в центре, но не было слышно шума машин или чего-то ещё лишнего. Очень доволен местом, рядом метро, базар, магазин, центральные улицы, площадь Амира Темура итд. Для моего следующего визита в Ташкент это будет отличной локацией для пребывания! Спасибо Тахир!

Всё отлично! Бесконтактное заселение/выселение - можно спокойно приезжать без необходимости координации. Хозяин очень приветливый и готов помочь. В квартире есть все вещи, необходимые в короткой поездке: стол для работы, микроволновка и т.п. Внутри тихо, окна выходят наружу ЖК. Рядом супермаркет Корзинка, несколько кафешеки и мини-рынок с фруктами.

Это лучшая квартира из всех в которых я когда либо останавливался. Отличный стильный ремонт, чистота и уют. В квартире есть буквально всё необходимое - стиральная машина, микроволновка, одноразовые принадлежности, телевизор со SMART TV, быстрый вай-фай, отличная куханная зона. Есть все необходимые столовые принадлежности для готовки, тарелки, бокалы, кастрюля и идеальная сковородка. Готовить одно удовольствие. Идеальный чистый душ, есть водонагреватель. Удобное и быстрое заселение. Для себя не нашёл ни одного минуса. Идеальное жильё за разумную плату. Спасибо.

Alfia is a wonderful host, and the apartment is also very nicely organized in design and convenience of use. The apartment is located very close to the center. All the necessary facilities are nearby, including dry cleaning. I highly recommend this apartment.

идеальное место для 1-2 человек. есть все для комфортного проживания даже на длительный период)) Дом и квартира с новым ремонтом,все чистенкое,новое и свежее.с кухни открывается фантастический вид на город и окрестности,а для тех кто любит свежий воздух есть балкончик где можно с чашкой вкусного ароматного чая или кофе встретить восход солнца или полюбоваться закатом в конце дня Умида-суперхозяйка,всегдана связи,если нужно поможет,подскажет где вкусно поесть или что посмотреть!!! дом расположен в тихом месте а в 5 минутах хотьбы есть все что может понадобится:магазины,аптеки,точки общепита, рестораны , а для особых гурманов есть базар где можно купить все что душе угодно для готовки дома. так же рядом есть остановки автобусов и станция метро,откуда очень быстро можно добраться до любой части города и это очень удобно,особено в часы пик.такси недорогое а в общественом транспорте можно проехать почти за бесплатно.

Farhod was a great host! Our flight got in late, and he met us at the apartment with a friendly smile and gave us a tour of the apartment and told us how to get around. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, wifi was fast, and the showers were hot. The apartment was conveniently located in the city near a metro station and restaurants and shops. If I’m ever in Tashkent again, I will definitely be staying at Farhod’s again.

I rented Agzamjons apartment and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I need to feel comfortable and at home. Agzamjon is friendly and responsive, and the location is convenient and safe. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Five stars

Квартира-студия оказалась достаточно удобной для моего в Ташкенте. Чисто, светло и есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Расположение немного удалено от центра, но рядом есть остановка общественного транспорта, рынок и магазины, что очень удобно. В целом квартира соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Хозяйка Хуррият быстро отвечала на сообщения и предоставила чёткие инструкции по самостоятельному заселению Заезд и выезд прошли без проблем. Рекомендую это жильё для тех, кто не против жить немного вдали от центра города и предпочитает спокойный район.

I really enjoyed living in Alina’s apartment. It is located right in the center of Mirabad district in Tashkent (the most European part of the city, so to speak). The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the city. It also has everything you need for cooking, which is very convenient.

Alya is great host. She is very conscientious and ensures that her guests feel at home. She was very helpful with the registration process which was essential for me since I stayed in Tashkent for a significant period. The facilities and all the amenities were excellent. Yunusobod has its own charm and the location is surrounded by small independent stores, street food vendors, restaurant, fresh non, and chain supermarkets as well. The metro station is just 5 mins. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment was fantastic for my stay in Tashkent! Centrally located and a minute from the metro stop, it was very convenient plus with a 24/7 store to buy snacks, drinks and other necessities around the corner. The apartment was very clean and the wifi worked well. There was also a washing machine for you to wash your clothes which was much needed during my travels. Artyom made sure I was comfortable and had everything I need for a nice stay. Totally recommend!

A great place to stay for a person traveling for work or with family. My husband and I felt like at home. Beautiful, spotless and cozy place to stay. Definitely added comfort to our trip. The host is very responsive.
