Cozy and luxurious two-room apartment (35.5m2) with a balcony, right by the Emajõgi River, less than 2km from the Tartu town hall square (walking 20-25min). Good location, a view of Emajõgi, the beach right across the street and a light traffic road. Built-in wardrobes, washer- dryer, a hair dryer and a hair straightener. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious food - refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, blender, kitchen utensils, etc. Free Wi-Fi and private parking space.

This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway and spending your time in calm and quite solitary place. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
