Tasuline parkimine on tööpäeviti 8-18, muul ajal tasuta. Samuti meil tasuta kiire internet ning ligidal bussipeatus. Jalutage 5-minutit Riia mäest alla ja olete kohe kesklinnas! P.S. Welcome to Küütri Remote Spot - enjoy fully-equipped urban workspace in downtown, wifi 100/100 Mbit/s. There are 35 stairs to take to get to apartment, no elevator. Parking in downtown area is paid only. I recommend using the SNABB app. The cost in area A is 0.05€/minute Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (parking for the whole day costs 33€) and Sat 11am-5pm (18€ per day), public holidays + Sun are free. Parking in area B fee 0.025€/minute Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (16.50€ all day), public holidays and Sat+Sun free.

Tolstoi himself would have loved to stay in this cozy, stylish, quiet yet not far from the centre, well-organized apartment in a neighborhood Karlova with only wooden houses. The apt. has a fully-equipped kitchen corner with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, ceramic stove + a wood stove!, dining area, foldable comfortable couch and wide-screen tv+wifi. There is air-conditioning with a heater but if you’re more of a Tolstoi’s type of person, you can heat an oven with wood!

It has some furniture from the Soviet era. Open balcony has a view to the park. In the kitchen You find Jura coffeemaker, French press, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard. The flat is comfy up to 4 people.

Korteri lähedal väike metsatukk, kus saab ka natuke linnulaulu nautida ja jalutada. A great apartment with balcony. Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)
