Casa sobre el mar, Dúplex de 120 m2, 2 hab/2 baños, en la mejor zona de Altafulla. Vistas espectaculares, de orientación oeste con inmejorables puestas de sol, en primera línea de mar, con acceso directo al mar desde la terraza. Habitación principal con vistas al mar y TV. Recientemente renovado, todo nuevo, elegante y moderna decoración. Zona muy tranquila, a 20 minutos andando a la estación del tren, muy próximo a Tarragona, Port Aventura, Ferrari World, Golf, y Aeropuerto de Reus y Barcelona.

Nearest activities: Port Aventura, Karting Salou, Spa Aquum, Aquopolis. Garden with chill-out area and a dining table. Next to supermarket Mercadona 3 min by car. Surrounded by some restaurants, bars, green gardens and quiet environment. Next to bus station. Buses circulating around Vilafortuny, Cambrils and Salou.

Comfortable, relaxing, well equipped and clean 3 floor house, with garden, 3 terraces and 1 patio. Garage for 1-2 cars. It is 34,8 km over the A-2 to Barcelona city. Train station just 4 minutes walk with direct connection to Barcelona Plaza España. You can visit Montserrat mountain and its monastery, the vineyards of the Penedés region and its cellars, Gaudi's Colonia Güell (15 min), Sitges (25 min) or Tarragona (45 min). Tourist tax 1€/person/night for Government to charged separatedly.

Precioso dúplex a 10 metros de la playa. Tiene jardín y terraza interior con barbacoa y un balcón. Todos los servicios necesarios en los alrededores (supermercados, restaurantes, etc.). Hay unos 10 metros entre la entrada de la casa y la playa, sólo separados por un tranquilo paseo marítimo peatonal ideal para hacer deporte. El puerto de Cambrils está a unos 3,5km. Del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre no solemos aceptar estancias inferiores a 4 noches (consultar antes de solicitar reserva).

Casa adosada en la zona residencial de la playa Arrabassada, al lado de varias playas y muy cerca del centro urbano y del casco antiguo, a pocos minutos caminando. Ubicación privilegiada. La casa tiene 90m², distribuidos en dos plantas: 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina y sala con salida a un jardín comunitario. Plazas parking gratuitas en la calle, delante de la propiedad. Ideal para descansar y relajarse. Vecindario tranquilo y familiar. Alquilamos a gente tranquila y cuidadosa.

Our little house is cozy and ideal to enjoy life in a small beach town. It is located in the center of Vilanova a few minutes from the promenade, the train station. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlooking the garden and another is inside but all are well ventilated and rests very well in them), bathroom, laundry room, toilet, terrace, parking and private garden.

La Caseta de Porrera

La Caseta de Porrera es una casa reformada con buen gusto, tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa, muchas ventanas y mucha luz es su característica. A partir del 22/01/2023 las nuevas reservas dispondrán gratuitamente de un garaje exclusivo para los huéspedes en el mismo edificio, donde anteriormente estaba ubicada nuestra bodega Celler Castellet. En el apartado "detalles importantes" encontraréis más información al respecto.

Entorn rural molt ben situat i comunicat, a 20 km de Lleida, a 80 km de la platja i Port Aventura, a 150 km de Barcelona i a100 km del Pirineu; molt aprop dels llocs d'interès de Ponent, banqueta del canal d'Urgell, Estany d'Ivars, Poblat Iber del Vilars, cabanes de volta de pedra seca, molins d'oli i cellers.
