The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Fall asleep 50 feet from the turquoise sea. Great snorkelling, swimming, shelling and relaxing right outside the door. Not just a vacation rental, but a beautifully designed home with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Comfy furniture, stylish, well-equipped cook's kitchen, great view. Good for couples, friends travelling in a group and kid friendly. Close to Rock Sound airport (15 mins) and Governors Harbour (30 mins). 5 minutes from the quaint town of Tarpum Bay.

It is a 8 year old home and located on 5 acres of land directly on a semi private beach, swimming and snorkeling cove with its own cay, equipped with 2 kyacks.
