Ken & Gina's Beach Condo (#2301)

Due to hurricane Ian, the courtyards and tennis courts are under repair. Pools are open. 2 of 4 entrances are open. Studio condo across the street from Bonita Beach. 3rd floor unit offering partial views of the gulf. Being able to walk to the beach (2 mins) and 2 restaurants while centrally located between Ft. Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free

800' from the beach - Frank & Kim's

*New condos being built next door and behind us. Most guests have not been bothered by it but a few have (check our reviews). You don't hear it from inside. Our rates already include a discount for this. 1 Bedroom, Queen bed, 1 Bath, Washer/Dryer, Smart TV (we do not have regular cable), Internet/Wifi, screened lanai, 2 beach chairs, towels, umbrella, tent, wagon, coolers, blender, coffee machine. Roof top pool (no hot tub). No smoking. Sorry, no kids under 13 and no pets.

Loggerhead Cay 553 - gulf view, beach side vacatio

Loggerhead Cay 553 is a beautiful top floor two bedroom/two bath vacation condo which features vaulted ceilings with skylights in the Living Room & Master Bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom suite has a king bed with en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Our condo offers free high speed wireless internet, cable TV and very easy access to the world famous Sanibel Island shelling beaches.

Solmate is a well-appointed, breathtaking beach front condo located mid-island on beautiful Fort Myers Beach, FL. This is a 2br/2ba third floor unit with direct beach front views. The condo sleeps up to 6 people. The full kitchen has everything you need from pans to an air fryer and everything else in between. The bedrooms and living room have flat screen 4K HD Smart Tvs for your entertainment. Supermarket is located literally across the street.

Hurricane Update: When Hurricane Ian hit on September 28, 2022 it devastated the island. Many complexes are still recovering. There is a likelihood that you will hear construction noises throughout your stay from our complex or neighboring complexes depending on the dates of your stay. Beach within steps of this beautifully remodeled condo! DOC's restaurant & jet ski rentals, directly across the street. Beach gear available along with a cart to transport. Luxurious king size bed with extra plush mattress topper. Queen size sofa bed. Our studio will sleep up to 3 people (2 adults, 1 child) Newly refurbished pools opened April 2nd 2025.
