Sunny spacious Hoko apartment!

Ideally located for Massey, golf courses, sports grounds, cycle paths, river walks. Modern 2 bedroom upstairs apartment, large sunny lounge room, separate dining room/office space. Modern kitchen and bathroom with everything you need for a short or long stay. Gas heater in lounge. Washing machine and parking space. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Beds have inner spring pillow top mattresses, duvets, pillows and linen. The lounge has a 50 inch TV with Freeview and internet connection.

The West Wing

A quiet self-contained space for a tranquil and private stay. In a cul-de-sac with a large landscaped lawn and garden, full of birdsong. Easy off road parking. Great facilities and a touch of luxury with all new amenities. Self-contained unit but a shared backyard with the attached house. We are on the outskirts of PN - a 10 minute drive to the centre of town. 5 minutes to airport. Walking distance to supermarket, wetland walkways and parks. 15 minutes to Feilding or the acclaimed Gorge walk

Our Loft is a 44 square metre private, boutique apartment located in the foothills of the Tararua ranges. It is nestled in our tranquil 18 acre, 5 star New Zealand Gardens Trust Garden of National Significance. Situated conveniently a 5 minute drive from Massey University, a supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants, Central Palmerston North is only a 15 minute drive away. Privacy is guaranteed by a separate entrance and adjacent parking. There are several interesting walks in the area.

A casual space, with a beautiful leafy outlook, near a number of green spaces, sports grounds & magnificent gardens. With a great selection of cafes & diverse food spots near & Massey Uni just up the road (walking distance)! You will be a skip from local nightlife but best of all - this roadside apartment is right next to a great value icecream spot next door!

Riverside Gold is a two-bedroom self-contained studio accommodating up to 4 people in a peaceful, quiet residential area. Our door is open to guests from all walks of life. You will find a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and fix your mood with a bit of a luxury feel in this spacious and serene space. Sleeping arrangements will be a large king bed in the master bedroom where the bathroom is, a small single bed in a separate room and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Located a short walk to shops, fantastic restaurants and 15 minutes car drive to Palmerston North. This tidy unit has a homely feel for work or pleasure. Onsite parking at front of property allows for a trailer/caravan to be reversed in. 1 King Size Bed guest unit at the rear of the property with access to shared BBQ area. Home comforts provided. Alluring Avonlea

Cozy apartment just a short walk away from town at Victoria Esplanade. Fully equipped - it has all the trimmings of home. The apartment is up one floor up; guests need to be mobile and be able to carry their items up the stairs. Pantry basics (oil, sugar, salt, pepper) and hot drink options (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) provided. Please bring your choice of milk. We have games to keep you entertained and a small library you could peruse during your stay.

Two bedroom apartment

Take a break and relax at this unique and tranquil retreat. The property is located on the edge of town, offering the best of both worlds—the city's convenience and the countryside's peacefulness. The apartment is attached to the house but has its own entrance. While it does not have a full kitchen, the Kelvin Grove shopping centre is just a five-minute drive away. There, you will find a Woolworths, two takeaways, and a bakery.
