Das Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit einem tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Für fünf Personen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und sie ist vollständig ausgestattet. Innerhalb von drei Minuten erreicht man den Gemeinschaftspool, den Strand "Sandyz Beach", der für die Nicht-Hotelgäste vorgesehen ist, kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

5/5 Beautiful villa in Hawana resort located only a few metres walk from the communal swimming pool. Has a grass private garden area at the back, which leads onto the bigger communal area, which is beautifully landscaped with coconut trees and colourful flowers. All areas including the swimming pool are cleaned daily and kept in immaculate condition. The host was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in Salalah and would love to come back!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Salalah, Oman. The property was spotless and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The swimming pool was clean, refreshing, and perfect for unwinding. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Ilyas’ place! The home was exactly as described — super clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just few mins walking distance to the beach. And the beach was incredibly beautiful. Ilyas was super responsive; constantly checking on us if everything was smooth. The check-in process and instructions were smooth. We truly felt at home during our stay. It was the perfect place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salalah.

Prachtige studio met een zwembad dichtbij! Alles is aanwezig in de studio, je kan er zelf koken of iets lekkers eten op het resort of in Salalah zelf. Het contact met Sabrina was erg fijn. Super vriendelijk er reageerde direct op al onze vragen. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

Ein super tolles Apartment mit Meerblick (Meeresrauschen hört man bei offenem Fenster und ist sehr beruhigend) Ausstattung ist sehr modern und die Unterkunft war super sauber. Wir haben den Smart TV benutz, was vom Bett aus echt klasse ist! Es ist außerdem ein kleiner Campingtisch in einem der schränke, worauf man super essen konnte! Klare Empfehlung, wir würden es direkt wieder machen. Abdullah hat uns sehr gut beschrieben wie die Schlüsselbox funktioniert (ist kinderleicht) und war auch sehr bemüht direkt aufkommende Fragen zu beantworten.

The location is secure and peaceful since it’s on the Rotana resort’s compound. I do recommend renting a car for your stay as it may be hard to gain access to e-taxi services and the nearby restaurants may be on the pricier side - however, food/grocery delivery services are still available and quite affordable. The Rotana Beach is a 8-10 minute walk away and provides a nice place to watch the sunset or just relax. The home itself was fantastic, well decorated, generally clean, and could comfortably accommodate my party of 3 people. Check-in was seamless and Matteo was ever ready with recommendations and advice. Thank you for the great base during our Salalah trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Matteo again :) !

Luxury Beach Front Villa 5 Hawana Salalah Resort

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser Villa verbracht und könnten nicht zufriedener sein! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Strand. Die Villa selbst ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Terrasse und der Außenbereich waren ideal, um gemeinsame Familienabende zu verbringen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einfach perfekt. Wir können diese Villa jedem Urlauber nur wärmstens empfehlen ! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Très bon séjour, et l'hôte nous à facilité une arrivée précoce, les 3 chambres étaient parfaites, les salles de bain et la cuisine également. La partie extérieure était très agréable. Un très bon séjour à recommander.

very nice, clean, and spacious appartment. fully stocked with everything you need. Very fast and reliable Wi-Fi Internet. Excellent central air conditioning for each room. Private covered car park with card access. Main door access to building by card. 5 start like hotel lifts (golden cladding) very shiny clean. Flat shares access door with the Millennium resort so you can use hotel restaurants, and tour operators. The host Mansoor made us feel at home. He checked on us regularly, and gave us advise on places to visit in Salalah. overall amazing experience and would come back again.

★★★★★ Amazing Villa – Perfect Stay! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic—close to the sea, making it easy to enjoy the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it a breeze to cook meals, and the pool was a great place to relax (in the evening no sun on the backyard which is amazing in such a hot weather). The host was truly wonderful—responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. We had such a fantastic time that we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Nice place for a family, each bedroom has a bathroom so no waiting time at all. Owner is very kind and was flexible with check in and checkout timings. Located in salalah city, so equal distance to east and west tourist spots.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hawana. Une résidence privée paisible, sereine et magnifique. Du logement nous avions une vue sur un magnifique coucher de soleil. Le logement était très propre, fonctionnelle et confortable. Le locataire est réactif et disponible en cas de besoin. Je vous le recommande.
