This place is a hidden gem! From the outside you’d never guess how beautiful and cozy it is inside. The chalet is located in a peaceful village near the beach, on the road between Tangier and Asilah. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a lovely terrace with artificial grass, a big fig tree, and a dining area. Inside feels like a mini luxury villa stylish, fully equipped kitchen, two comfy bedrooms, a cozy salon, beautiful lighting, and a huge TV with Netflix. The WiFi is great, and there are thoughtful extras like books and even a musical instrument. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom, watch the stars at night, and enjoy the private rooftop with an amazing sea view. It’s calm, secure, and truly feels like home. The host is super kind and helpful, with a creative spirit and big plans for the future of this place. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this house! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—even offering us a quad bike to explore the area, which was such a fun and unexpected bonus! The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L'appartement est spacieux et sécurisé, dans une résidence calme. Khaled et son épouse étaient sur place, sont très agréables et réactifs. Khaled nous a envoyé la géolocalisation de la maison avant notre arrivés, c'est très appréciable. Merci pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils. La maison n'est pas très loin des plages, la médina est à 25 minutes de la maison. Nous étions véhiculés, mais il y a des taxis pas très loin de la résidence. L'appartement est proche de toutes commodités. Je recommande cette location pour un séjour bien agréable.

Touria was amazing. She was responsive, helpful, proactive, present. She was there to greet us when we first arrived, she came by everyday to deliver meals to us as we wished, to clean for us, and to recommend local attractions. Our stay in Tangier would not have been half as memorable and exciting had it not been for Touria’s recommendations. Touria also helped us arrange taxi’s every time we needed to travel which can be a challenge with twelve people. Touria even cooked a free meal for us on July 4th because she knew it was an important holiday for Americans. She was so thoughtful and kind. Touria was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had and I would recommend her place to anyone traveling to Tangier. :)

La casa está decorada con mucho gusto, manteniendo las características de las casas de Marruecos, pero con un toque moderno y fresco. Muy espaciosa, un patio interior muy acogedor para tomar algo sobretodo por la tarde/noche; los 3 dormitorios son muy amplios y las camas (king size) muy cómodas; hay doble azotea y desde la superior hay vistas al mar; una gran cocina con todo lo necesario, incluso horno y lavavajillas (aunque nosotras no lo utilizamos); también tiene lavadora, pero igualmente, nosotras no la necesitamos. Karine fue muy flexible con la hora de llegada y salida, y estuvo disponible siempre que tuvimos que contactar con ella. La entrega y recogida de llaves sin problemas y con buenas indicaciones de cómo llegar a la casa, que está en un sitio perfecto dentro de la medina. Recomendamos la estancia en esta casa sin lugar a dudas.

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour ! La villa est fantastique et super bien équipée : on n'y manque de rien ! Je dirais même que le logement est plus beau en réalité que sur les photos. L'hôte était très accueillante et sympatique et a veillé au bon déroulement de notre séjour ! J'ai particulièrement apprécié le geste de bienvenue avec les petits gateaux en acceuil :)

We had the most wonderful stay during my friends wedding. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house is stunning and even more beautiful than the pictures. Meriam looked after us so well cooking delicious breakfasts and always smiling. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The pictures really don't capture how incredible this place is, it's more beautiful in person. Love how they've managed to blend traditional style with modern touches. The real highlight: the garden/beach terrace. Just wow. The views over plage sol and cap spartel are something else, the kind that make you want to sit there for hours. The host was super helpful, walking us through all the local spots worth checking out. Having that little restaurant just 2 mins away was great aswell. Perfect for grabbing breakfast or picking up basic groceries when we needed them. Honestly can't recommend this place enough. I'll definitely try to stop by again next summer

Zu aller erst, kamen wir etwas früher als die Check-In Zeit, doch das war kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Miftah lief reibungslos und schnell. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön in dieser Villa. Wir hatten Mega Spaß und ausreichend Platz. Die Tischtennisplatte ist überragend und wir haben viel Zeit mit ihr verbracht. Alles war ordentlich und sauber bei unsere Ankunft. Immer wieder gerne, wenn die Unterkunft verfügbar ist. Dankeschön 🙏🏼

Super séjour dans une très belle maison située dans un cadre magnifique et proche selon moi de la plus belle et la plus tranquille plage au sud d’Asilah. Les communications avec Marc ont toujours été très cordiales et très agréables. De plus Khadija et son frère Bilal qui s’occupent de l’entretien de la propriété ont toujours été disponibles et excessivement charmants.

We hebben het met onze familie heel erg fijn gehad in het huis. Het huis had een fantastisch uitzicht en er werd daar goed voor ons gezorgd. Als je niet van honden en katten houdt is het misschien niet helemaal je plek want de hond en katten komen vaak op bezoek. Onze kinderen genoten ervan. Er was bij aankomst heerlijk voor ons gekookt en het was fantastisch dat er iedere ochtend een ontbijt klaar stond van de spullen die we hadden ingekocht. En daarna werd alles weer heel netjes opgeruimd en schoongemaakt. Er waren soms andere mensen en kinderen in het huis, waarvan het ons niet duidelijk was dat we de ruimtes moesten delen. Dat was geen probleem alleen was het fijner als iemand dat verteld had. Het internet was prima. Het zwembad was mooi. Het was wat frisjes maar is logisch voor de tijd van het jaar. De wandeling naar het strand was heerlijk en Assilah is een leuke stad om te bezoeken. Wij hebben genoten.

What an amazing property! We hosted a big group of friends here for the weekend, and everyone raved about the beautiful rooms, the views, the colourful touches in the salon & the gardens, and the nice food prepared by the staff. We walked down to the beach, which is one of the cleanest I've seen in Morocco, we enjoyed the pool, and we relaxed in the comfortable salon & on the patios. I can't wait to go back!

it's a unique vila indeed. interesting architecture. the only problem we had was the toilets. each room has a toilet and a bathroom but the problem is the toilettes don't have ventilation and no door. something some people may be ok with some not. otherwise its a great place, ocean view and nice people taking care of the place.

La maison est superbe , spacieuse fonctionnelle , propre et agréable. Plusieurs espaces extérieurs sont proposés, ce qui est très agréable . Le coin piscine est sans vis à vis et bien équipé . Il y’a d’ailleurs de nouveaux aménagements qui sont en cours. Driss est un hôte accueillant, sympathique et bien veillant. Il est toujours soucieux de votre confort . Driss et son équipe son très réactif et mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour soit parfait . Je recommande ++++

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Nourredine! Tout était comme annoncé, la piscine est nickel et les entretiens sont fait avec soin. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison. Logement très propre. L’hôte est accueillant, disponible et n’hésite pas à vous proposer son aide ou ses conseils ! Proche de la ville, endroit très calme, idéal pour se ressourcer et se reposer ! Nous reviendrons insha Allah.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille dans cette maison magnifiquement décorée et équipée avec beaucoup de goût. Les lits sont spacieux, même ceux prévus pour une personne, ce qui a ravi les enfants. Angela est une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours disponible, aimable et attentionnée. Le personnel est également très gentil et serviable. La piscine, nettoyée chaque matin, nous a permis de profiter de baignades à toute heure, sans aucune restriction. La magnifique plage, située à seulement 50 mètres du logement, ajoute une touche supplémentaire au charme de ce lieu. De plus, à quelques minutes, vous trouverez des commerces pour vos courses ainsi que plusieurs restaurants pour découvrir la cuisine locale. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation et avec grand plaisir !
