Well, everything turned out to be fantastic. And this hotel is a very very good hotel. They can do much better on their communication through Airbnb. They did not talk to me one time on Airbnb I had to contact the hotel through email where they were able to confirm that the reservation was made. But never talk to me one time on Airbnb, so I was very skeptical that this might not turn out good, but I was very surprised how amazing the hotel was and they do have a shuttle once an hour on the hour going to the airport 24 hours per day. They have a free huge breakfast buffet and they have a restaurant open until late night. I think the kitchen closes at 10 PM. There’s a Starbucks right next door and getting from the airport to the hotel. Taxi cabs are going to charge 150,000 IDR, which is like $10.

I think this place is underrated. At first i was hesitate because the review is not 5 full stars but i give it a shot and i didnt regret it at all. The host is kind and responsive, standby even when my flight was on midnight, the hotel has 24 room service and breakfast. Will be back here afain for sure

I personally like the atmosphere as soon as I entered the building. It reminds me of my aunt's 1980s' house with all the furniture well arranged and tablecloth on every table. It feels so homey and welcomed. Thank you Dewi for being responsive. My picky family had no complaints at all while staying in your place.

Nice access to the airport, and the shuttle and the breakfast was very convenient! Plus the space was clean and cool.

friendly staff. cheap place. don't expect the Ritz. few things needed fixing, lots of mosquito in the area (not much the host can do), but they moved us to a different room to help reduce the issue. I sealed the windows with duct tape, and use a bug zapper. as usual with my long (month) stays I cleaned the place down myself (which made a significant difference), but the cleaners came in daily to turn over the room. the bathroom has the slotted (can't fully close) windows to help ventilation, so covering this up with netting helps reduce mosquito. the kitchen isn't actually a shared kitchen-it's for buying food on site which is reasonably priced. but there's a fridge and freezer to use. staff are friendly, and helpful.

Great place to stay,very centrally located, Jakarta main square and national monument 25 mins walk, bus and train terminals 10-15 mins walk, lot of shops restaurants around. The place was clean and staff was so kind and helpful to me. Internet connection was reliable. Definitely will stay there again when come back Jakarta.

Had a night at the Swiss-Belhotel before leaving Jakarta back to the UK. It was a great place to relax and stay prior to our flight, and was close by the airport so was easy to ensure we were on time for our flight home. The place was spotless, and it was a nice large room and bed. The breakfast included was comprehensive and good quality. There's plenty of choice and was constantly refreshed.
