This place was fantastic. Very clean, good AC, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you to Yung and Pansap for hosting us and for clear & easy instructions; and the 24-hour friendly staff for recommendations and looking after us. We were a group of 9 adults and 1 toddler on a friend's wedding & reunion weekend. Yung's villa provided the perfect + quiet + safe location and a homely base, with each couple having their private ensuite and also a common area to hang out.

我非常喜欢这个房间，我在这里住了三个晚上，如果以后来西贡，我还会选择这里。1，房间很宽敞，特别是一楼房间的阳光沐浴房，绿植和光线超级美；2，客厅里的布置非常棒，有家的感觉，厨房用具很丰富，也很整洁；3，整个房屋包括院子有美丽的植物，还有可爱的猫猫、狗狗，让我感到很开心；4，房东很棒，服务非常贴心，性格也很好，温柔；5，附近还有很棒的咖啡厅，周围不远处可以吃到当地的美食。 当然它不是酒店，所以不能期待它一尘不染，但是他是一个很棒的住所。

This villa was a dream for remote work! Fast WiFi, plenty of natural light, and spacious rooms meant I could work productively and still have space to relax. The kitchen and BBQ area made it easy to eat in, and the nearby pickleball court was a fun break. The host was quick to respond and made check-in and out effortless. Will definitely be back.

It is a nice, descent accommodation that has all the amentues and essentials for an aparrment. I would recommend it for anyone that is looking for an apartment to stay. Location is convenient. The service is excellent. Very good overall.

房屋位于第七郡，这是一个非常好的社区。甚至可以说是胡志明最干净安全的社区。我每天的乐趣是散步以及步行去湖边公园。周围有两所越南最大规模的shopping mall以及无数的美味餐厅和咖啡馆。皆可步行抵达。 Mr Tuan 和 Ms Binh 的家非常温馨，这是一对有文化修养且有品味的夫妻，客厅里的瓷器收藏展现了他们的生活情趣。他们还有一只可爱的小猫咪，虽然猫咪一些害羞。 房间内部空间比照片更宽敞，所有的一切都非常舒适，甚至在房间内还配有小冰箱。房屋的另一个特色就是露台花园，可以坐在这里欣赏日出和晚霞。 从房屋出发去第一郡可以打车或者乘坐公交，去机场大约半小时车程。所以如果你想住在胡志明一段时间，并体验高级街区的乐趣，这里是特别棒的选择。如果我再次前来，一定会再住。
