Moana’s place is amazing! I’m totally satisfied with my stay.

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It actually felt like I am at my home in India. Everything was so easily accessible and commute is also very convenient. Will definately visit again.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

Thank you for hosting us, was rushing could not have time to thanks and say bye to you. We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and even the host let us checked in about 2-3hrs earlier without extra charges. we are really grateful. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place for a family getaway—spacious enough with all the essentials. My family really enjoyed their time here, and we all felt very relaxed throughout our stay. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place and genuinely cares about the guest experience. Overall, it was a great value for money, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were in a car with my family of 5 and my hotel booking was cancelled without a reason. Tuan Giang came to our rescue and confirm a booking very last minute and was super helpful and responsive. The place is super clean and tidy and close to the airport. We are very grateful for the service provided.

Well, This is the first time my family and I came back to Vietnam after 20 years living in US. So, I don't have any update about Vietnam such as street, vnd money value, safety, food, transportation... I check on Airbnb and book a room in here with 3 nice bed and 3 clean bathroom for family. I would say to recommend to everybody travel to Vietnam with family can check and book the room in here with reasonable price in good location. We can find a lot of street food around in here with very cheap price. My family and I will leaving for now due to travel to another places but I will consider to re-book again when I came back. Since we had early flight out of HCMC, we needed a place to stay close to the airport. This place is great, it's very close to the airport (10-15 mins depending on traffic and driver availability) and we had everything we needed. Sure, it's small but still comfortable and in the middle of the city by the airport.

Großartige Unterkunft, ruhig und sehr schon eingerichtet; man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Es ist alles sehr sauber und praktisch gestaltet. Perfekter Rückzugsort trotz der ziemlich zentralen Lage, es ist im Haus herrlich ruhig und gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin reagiert schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten. Wir konnten unser Gepäck schon vor dem Check-in in der Unterkunft abstellen und kostenlos später aus checken. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt brauchen kann. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Responsive host who made our stay memorable. Thank you for hosting us as one of the first customers of this lovely house which had just been renovated, the entire experience was anything but wonderful! We felt so at home with its great convenient location and instructions to arrive at the place on the first day. During our stay, everything we expected went according to our expectations and we will highly recommend to others to experience it for themselves. We will certainly come back to this house when we visit Ho Chi Minh again soon! Great find! Great experience!

Very comfortable stay with Jakey and Lala. They were always attentive to my needs and were there to help with anything I needed to. Apartment is just like the pictures, with the hot tub being the key element! Not too far from District 1 and very walkable neighborhood. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Generally it’s a good experience staying at Van’s place. Very convenient location, there are enough amenities for my trip period and the room is spacious. Van was friendly and prompt to answer my questions. Just a little bit surprised that there’s no elevator to my room (as it’s also on top and required me to climb many stairs so I took it as a chance to exercise) but I guess it just how Vietnamese architecture culture is and totally fine for me after the first day.
