Charming and quaint two-room apartment with fireplace nearby the Old Town, middle of parks and a romantic wooden house area called Kassisaba. Well equipped, ideal for couples and families (1-2 kids). A park for children across the street. Dog park 500 m away. Walking distance to the Old Town 1,3 km and to nearest restaurants 300 m. Trendy Telliskivi area is just a 15-minutes walk away. Parking is available in the yard. A small grocery shop just at the front door and an other one a block away.

The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval Old Town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. The modern building is new, finished in 2022 and is situated inside a city block making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance.
