The building is built in the summer of 2017. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but with all amenities nearby. Many grocery shops, shopping centers and a cinema in 5 minutes walking distance. A 10-minute drive from the Tallinn Old Town, great public connections to the city center and old town.

Our apartment is located in a historic building built in 1889 which is protected by the National Heritage Board. The building and the apartment are fully renovated. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Sightseeings, museums, restaurants of Old Town within a short walk. Enjoy yourself and companions in medieval atmosphere. Great for creative retreat.

This brand new apartment is situated in one of the most trendy areas of the city, making it the perfect place for young professionals, couples, or solo travelers. Parking behind the building 8€ 24h. Same street Volta Padel. Smoking, parties, noise after 23:00 is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Fine for violation is 150€.
