This building was completed in the summer of 2018. The 2nd floor 1BR apartment is finished with custom-designed modern nordic features. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, comfortable and quiet providing a good night sleep and a perfect location in the trendy Kalamaja area. The Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away as well as is the famous Telliskivi creative area. There are lots of good restaurants near the house and a good supermarket 200 meters away at the Baltijaam farmers market .

In front of the house is a tram station from where you can get to all of he main attractions. This 25m2 apartment is designed to accommodate comfortably 2 guests, but maximum occupancy is 4. The 52m2 1-bedroom apartment is in a 1951 Stalin era building with high ceilings and thick walls. The windows face the garden with evening sunlight. Fully equipped kitchen, a monitor and keyboard for setting up a remote office. A nice sound system and guitar available for use.
