New remodeled and luxuriously appointed, this 2BR/2BA condo will give you the perfect launch pad for your next Lake Martin adventure. We are centrally located across the street from the Lake with close access to the Community Marina, Clubhouse, Golf Course and Restaurant. We have a King Master Bedroom with TV and a guest room with a Queen, Bunk Bed & TV. Living Room and Screened Porch TVs to enjoy the game.

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

This 1 BR 900sq ft of charm with porches on 3 sides includes hot tub, TV, propane/charcoal grill, rocking chairs, & open sundeck area. The front porch is large and high enough to play a fun game of cornhole with friends or family. Plenty of parking, even if you are trailering a boat, with boat ramp access only two houses away. Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.

Magnolia Cove on Lake Martin is an amazing by water or boat! Neighborhood pool, hot tub and dog park steps away! This home features an open den and dining area, laundry room, half bath and primary bedroom all on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with two queen beds. There are also two built in bunks in the loft separating the two bedrooms, along with a full-size bathroom. A short walk to your designated boat slip and less than a minute from Niffers.
