A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Come relax and rejuvenate, in a quiet setting on 7 acres In the woods.1 mile from D.a.r.e boat ramp and beach/ playground area,It has a small refrigerator, microwave, shower, coffee pot,electric skillet grill. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Bella’s Cove has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A beautiful screened porch with a gas starting fireplace and outside patio with grill. All over looking beautiful Lake Martin. A dock for sunning and swimming. Kayaks and canoe with paddles. Large lawn for enjoying family games like corn hole and volleyball. All these amenities within a few miles of great restaurants and 34 Market. The boat launch is only a mile way.
