Lakefront Apartment on Lake Logan Martin

This basement apartment is on the Pell City side of the lake close to the dam. It has a huge porch overlooking the lake with outdoor table to enjoy dinner or coffee while watching sail boats or heron fly around. It's close to the Birmingham Sail Club and only 15 minutes to a supermarket. Enjoy a private entrance on the lower level with a large flat yard and dock while you stay at this well appointed apartment. The apartment was occupied full time for 3 years. Welcome to a waterfront cottage on the Coosa River of Lay Lake. You don't have to sacrifice relaxation and beauty for convenience. You will find the cottage conveniently located on all paved roads less than a mile off HWY 280 in Childersburg AL. Here you will find a beautiful view of the Tallaseehatchee Creek. There are many nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops for easy access to anything you need.

Lake Haven

Located on beautiful Logan Martin Lake, this newly renovated houseboat has everything you need for a peaceful retreat. The Captain's Quarters has a queen bed. In the Crews' Quarters are a single bunk, a double bunk, and a TV. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the decks of the boat. Look at the pics of the bathroom to see the composting toilet. There is a link to a YouTube video explaining it's use.
