The Goat Farm Yee-Haul at South of Sanity Farms

The start of this project was a box off a u haul truck. Now it is a cozy tiny home where animals come right up to the deck and you can enjoy sunsets over the pond. We love to have this place where families can come out and get away from the rat race of life and enjoy being out in nature. Guests are welcome to join us for whatever activities we are doing during your stay whether its working in the garden and harvesting fruit, or caring for the animals and milking the goats.

Come and enjoy some time on the lake. golf cart provided for your get around convenience, makes getting to Hot tub or lake easy.We have kayaks and a canoe if you want to just play around the lake all day and also bring your fishing poles. Just come and read a book or watch t.v by a electric fireplace or hang out by the fire-pit. many things to do.You can rent pontoon boat for your stay starting in May 2023 ask about it.

Lake Haven

Located on beautiful Logan Martin Lake, this newly renovated houseboat has everything you need for a peaceful retreat. The Captain's Quarters has a queen bed. In the Crews' Quarters are a single bunk, a double bunk, and a TV. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the decks of the boat. Look at the pics of the bathroom to see the composting toilet. There is a link to a YouTube video explaining it's use.

Logan Martin Lake with Beach Front Getaway!

Luxury Lake home sitting on 6 acres. Home has private gate, waterfront beach, fire pit, 2 piers and private boat ramp. Along with, downstairs covered patio, screened porch and gorgeous 180 degree waterfront views. There are kitchens located downstairs for waterfront entertaining and the main level for afternoon dining and relaxing. This house is one of a kind!
