You will wake in the trees, to the soft prospects of the forested Siskiyou mountains to the west. You'll discover enchanting views at every window, from city streets to a quiet English garden and pond. You are only a few steps from Ashland Plaza, yet the retreat-like environment we offer to all our guests requires that no incense, smoking, vaping or pets are allowed in the Carriage House. The City of Ashland has authorized the Carriage House. Our City Planning Action Number is PA-2013-01701.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Immerse yourself with the sound of the forest gazing at the Applegate valley and lavender farms below. Walk around in over 10 acres of forest and enjoy a forest bath and sounds of the river below. Minutes from renowned Applegate Valley wineries and Applegate lake. Snow capped mountains in view most of the year. This space has a private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. For the chilly nights, enjoy a cozy fireplace and a movie.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil small studio cottage getaway. Our guest cabin is perfectly located minutes off the 5 freeway and just 3 miles from downtown Ashland's Shakespeare Festival, Plaza shops, beautiful Lithia Park and Restaurants. Venture to local lakes including Crater Lake, historic Jacksonville, and wineries in the picturesque Rogue Valley from our central location. Enjoy the privacy of our gated property with peaceful surroundings! Pets accepted with pet fee.

Kelly’s Carriage House 4 miles from Ashland

The Carriage House is located on Kelly's Farm four miles from the city of Ashland and less than two minutes from Highway 5. This two story home is 440 sq. ft with two sliding glass doors affording a 360 degree view of the mountains and sunset. There is an upstairs and downstairs deck, a propane grill and kitchen is fully furnished, two burners, countertop oven, and rice maker among other things. Set up for three people using two beds. Dogs are welcomed but we don't accept cats.

This 800 sq foot apartment has been completely renovated to meet all the needs of travelers that are looking for an overnight stay or a long term place to land. This space offers updated heating and air, strong wi-fi, separate bedroom and working space. 2 smart TV's, designated parking, and a private entrance.

Kelly’s Farm 4 miles to Ashland

Nestled on the border of the Shakespeare hamlet of Ashland, Oregon, is Kelly’s farm. Only four miles away from Ashland. Kelly’s farm has horses, goats, chickens, gardens, fruit and nut trees with views of Mt. Ashland’s seven-thousand feet high profile in its front and bucolic rolling hills in its back. Bring your dog! You have access to a large fenced in yard right from your private entrance and deck. ***Unfortunately we are not set up for children under 4 or kitty cats.

Oak Hideaway Cottage

Oak Hideaway's charm abounds, from the built-in seating on your porch, to the fireplace in the living room, to the faux finished walls throughout. This cottage also offers the convenience of handicap accessibility, handy for those young ones in strollers, as well. With a mirror floor plan to Oak Lawn's, across the way, 3 queen beds sleep 6 comfortably. Walk out your private entrance just a short block to downtown where theaters, restaurants and art galleries await you!

Rogue River Retreat

A nature lovers retreat on the beautiful Rogue River. Watch osprey from the sprawling cedar deck, fish for salmon right on the river bank, or take a soak in the deep tub, this peaceful cabin you won't want to leave. Located half way between Grants pass and Medford with easy access to the 5 freeway, you can enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer. The cabin has one deluxe bathroom and one cozy bedroom that has a king size bed with a water view.

Clean and quiet 200 sq ft. detached guesthouse with kitchenette nestled among vegetable gardens and native wildflower beds. Within walking distance of Asante hospital and several shops and restaurants. Easy access to freeway. 20 minutes from downtown Ashland and Jacksonville and only and 10 minutes from downtown Medford. Off-street parking available. Well-behaved pets welcome. Please no smoking inside the guesthouse or on the property.

Come relax and unplug in this charming private guest house situated on 4 acres, just 5 minutes from downtown Grants Pass and 3 minutes from grocery stores and shopping yet you feel as if you are out in the country far removed from anything and everything. This space was created to embody Swiss style living and the details speak to that. Comfortable and efficient.

Nice little shady deck with rocking chairs. Very quiet and safe little neighborhood. Great location. Eight minutes to downtown Ashland and 15 minutes to downtown Medford. Comfortable little Studio. Great for one or two busy guest. If bringing an animal please lmk beforehand of what kind and size. Im allowing one well behaved animal. Must not be left behind and clean up is a must.
