Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

저희 게스트하우스는 80년이 넘는 일본의 전통적인 경마을집으로 승인되었습니다. 현재는 아트하우스 시라카와야기전으로 운영되고 있습니다. 지금까지 해외에서 많은 게스트를 환영하고 교류를 증진해 왔습니다. 예술을 즐기며 히노키 욕조에서 여유롭게 휴식을 취하고 교토 관광을 즐기러 가는 것은 어떨까요? 코로나 이전에는 원래 전체를 빌리는 구조였지만 현재는 집을 두 부분으로 나누어 한쪽은 숙박 시설로, 다른 한쪽은 가족이 살고 있습니다. 인접해 있어서 어린이의 소리나 소음이 들릴 수 있습니다. 그 대신 공간에 대한 합리적인 요금 체계를 제공하고 있습니다. 4명이 묵으면 주니어 스위트 룸 수준의 객실에 대한 비즈니스 호텔 정도의 가격이 됩니다. 위치는 길이 좁고, 슈트케이스나 짐을 가지고 걸어다닐 때 꽤 가파른 언덕 위에 있습니다. 노년층에게는 어려울 것이라고 생각하지만, 그 대신 경치와 공기는 아주 좋고 조용하며 멋진 장소입니다.

A newly built steel-frame unit apartment built by SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO., LTD. with highly airtight rental specifications. 12 minutes walk from JR Katsuragawa Station. There are McDonald's, Lawson, Yoshinoya, Discount Store Japan, etc. within a 5-minute walk. You can also use it for leisurely entertainment viewing on Netflix. There is a Yamato Transport office nearby, so it is possible to send luggage from the airport and pick it up at the nearby office.

Lake Biwa Lakeside villa

We have a Canadian house, just a stone through away from the beautiful Lake Biwa. Suitable place to stay for family trip, with friends and work trip. For 7guests or less, we rent 3 bed rooms (with 8 beds) For 8guests or more, we can rent the extra cabin space which is still part of the building but usually there is no access.(5 bed rooms and an attic, 12 beds and extra bathroom) please see photos and enquire within. - No Party - No BBQ after 9pm

This 100-year-old traditional Japanese wooden house in Inabe City features two bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. It is available for one group per day only. An extra fee applies from the second person.

It is designed with a lot of hand-dyed Japanese style Tang paper, wallpapers made of tin and gold foils, and other traditional Japanese crafts and elements. We also retain the original properties of the machiya. Here, you can experience the original and traditional Japan, and also you can feel the ingenuity of combining modern elements with traditional craftsmanship.
