Te wāhi whakangā is a place of rest. Relax in a hot bath on the private balcony overlooking St Clair beach and breathe in the cool sea air. This cozy studio is the perfect place for a restful getaway. The space has a queen bed, TV, WiFi, aircon, a separate bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and toaster. Local cafes and restaurants on St Clair Esplanade are a 10 minute walk down the hill and Dunedin City Centre, a 10 minute drive, if you can get away from the stunning ocean view...

Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Warm and comfortable, the bach is well insulated, well heated and has a modern kitchen. A major renovation in July 2024 added a second bathroom and upgraded the existing bathroom. You're only 2 minutes walk from one of New Zealand's most beautiful beaches and a 15 minute drive from central Dunedin. Three Bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds and 2 Singles. Two full Bathrooms, both with walk-in showers We are pet friendly and the property is well fenced so your dog will be safe to roam around the lawn.

Watch the Aurora Australis from the beach or the sunrise over the ocean from your private deck. Warm, one-bedroom cottage, surrounded by wildflowers, has 3 beds and a cot. Kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, electric benchtop cooker & airfryer. Ensuite bedroom has queen bed and cot. The spacious lounge/dining room has 2 fold-out double sofabeds. Ideal for a peaceful overnight stop or short break. 35-40 minutes from Dunedin via Brighton, 25-30 minutes over the hill from Dunedin airport.

Down a sloping pathway and in the lower level of our home you will have your own entrance with private deck, a stylish bedroom,separate lounge with sofa bed, spacious sunny bathroom and a small kitchenette with all the basic necessities. Peaceful and private with amazing views from bedroom lounge and bathroom! Ideal position to explore the beautiful Otago Peninsula!

A warm & cosy 3 bedroom house perfect for your Catlins adventures. Sit out on one of the two decks and enjoy a glass of wine taking in the stunning view down the Catlins estuary and out to Owaka heads. Drive times to local attractions: Jacks Bay Blowhole - 10mins Surat beach - 5mins Owaka -3mins Pounawea - 5mins Nuggets Point Lighthouse - 30mins Purakanui falls - 15mins Papatowai Lost Gypsy - 30mins My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Tree House with a view

Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it. You’ll love my place because of the contemporary decor - newly renovated, the location - private and quiet, the ambiance, the outdoors space and sunny aspect. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. No children sorry!
