Located inside Angelia Homes Subdivision, Purok Dahlia, Visayan Village, EFAS is a fully fenced private property in a quiet residential gated community with 24-hour security. It is also conveniently close to malls, hospitals, restaurants & local markets. PROPERTY OVERVIEW • 3 bedrooms • 1 full bathroom • Bed capacity: good for 8 guests only • Maximum capacity: up to 15 guests Sleeping Arrangement: • Bedroom 1: 1 double-size bed • Bedroom 2: 1 Bunk bed — double-size lower deck, single-size upper deck • Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed — double-size lower deck, single-size upper deck For guests beyond the 8-bed capacity, extra foam mattresses may be provided upon request. These may be placed on the floor of the master bedroom or living room, depending on the guests’ preferred sleeping arrangement. Extra foam mattresses, beddings, pillows, blankets & towels may be provided upon request, subject to availability & additional fees.
