The host and the caretaker is very accommodating, Its easy to request for things and they even let us extend our checked out time. The place is also great and have board games.

Sir. Ryan was really helpful and friendly never failed to tend to our needs specially Ka-Domeng the boat driver and caretaker welcomed us and gave us free fresh fish it was just a lucky day where they had a lot of fish! If you ever meet Ryan during your stay feel free to ask him questions he’s very informative & helpful! I believe he was a vivamax star back in the day!

We had a fantastic stay! Ma'am Sarah Jocelyn was so accommodating and welcoming. The entire place was super clean, brand new and comfortable, and we felt right at home. Staff were all friendly, responsive and helpful. Lavish, very big room, clean and well maintained. Excellent facilities and entertainment. Great ambience for relaxation Everything was excellent. Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Our stay at this place over Christmas was nothing short of magical! The peaceful setting created the perfect atmosphere for quality time with family and friends during the holidays. The accommodation was cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home, and the warm, festive vibe made it an ideal place to celebrate Christmas. The house is spacious, more than enough for our small family. Hosts Dustine and Kim are responsive to our queries. The caretaker, Mang Pangyong, was also accommodating whenever we have questions or concerns. The property doesn't have WiFi and there were minor issues but all good, we were able to manage. Overall, it was a great stay, the house is nostalgic, and we were able to host last minute visitors, relatives visiting town.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay! The host and caretaker were very responsive when we notified them that we’d be checking in late. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We would definitely recommend it!

We stayed for a night at Mr. Michael’s unit because we are meeting some friends in Tagaytay. After a week of searching, we decided to book his place because it is really affordable compared to other units around the area, given its great location. I personally requested to do an early check-in than the usual because we planned to leave our things first before we head out for lunch with friends. Mr. Michael let us check-in at 1pm with no extra charge which was really kind of him. They even gave us the keycode 1hr before the 1pm check-in which let us entered the unit at 12:50pm. We still have time to rest for a little bit and freshen up before we went out. The unit was clean with fresh linens. Bedroom and bathroom were also spotless. Wifi is working and fast. But I must say that SMDC units in Wind Residences are quite small compared to the units here in Manila (Sea, Shore, Shell, etc.), just in case you are used to them. Over all, we had a great time at this place and will book again 😊
