Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

I was also impressed with the complete set of amenities – everything I needed was right there, from the pool and gym to the restaurant and relaxing common areas. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Marie’s place Villa Fernandez @ canyon cove nasugbu!! They exceeded our expectations - the hosts and their caretakers are very prompt, helpful & friendly. The Villa is beautiful & modern! We have an Amazing view of Canyon cove & its stunning beach! We especially loved the pool which is heated, very clean & just right deep for adults & kids alike!!! We loved the relaxing Jacuzzi with the scenic view of the sea which we really enjoyed. We were on the pool both day and night! The kitchen is complete with all the things you need to cook, fridge and table is big! They have a Billiards table & darts. There are 4 rooms - 3 on top/1 on the lower floor, 2 common toilets/2 attached. The rooms are clean big & have comfy bed with blankets/pillows! Airconditiong & water heaters work perfectly! Wifi is very fast! A big living room on 2f with karaoke & smart tv with hbo max! And the clean beach is just below which we really enjoyed our swim!!!🥰

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Ms. Rica definitely knew what it meant, when you say that your place is “Pet Friendly”. Which is why this place was perfect for us. Her only rule was to clean up after our pets and make them wear diapers at all times which is just like what any other responsible fur parent would do. We have 2 fur babies along with us and most of the other listings or resorts we’ve inquired on says that they allow pets or that they are a “pet friendly” place but when you check their rules or you message them, they will say that its okay to bring pets but you have to bring a cage for them or that they cannot stay inside the house or room or that they cannot swim in the pool, or you have to pay an additional fee for them which i find very ironic to their “pet friendly” claim to their place. Good to know that there are places like Ms. Rica’s that allow pets to feel at home, She was very easy to communicate with, very accommodating to all of my queries and very nice!

We stayed for 3D2N and we really enjoyed. Rooms were super clean when we arrived. The caretakers were all helpful when we needed something.

Been looking for a place where: - There is accessible beach (my dad and mom are seniors) - there’s a pool - aesthetic and this place has it all. 🥹 My dad loved it and we all had a wonderful stay! It’s clean and has its own generator. There’s a housekeeper who can tend to your needs and a security guard so we really felt safe. Host is also responsive! 💯 Really exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back. 🥰

The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. Also, thank you so much for your kind welcome and assistance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable one. Definitely, we will comeback again here soon.

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

As a mom of a kid with special needs, I needed a place where my kid can have fun, be close to nature and be safe event with minimal supervision. Dindi's place gives us all these! The pool is kid friendly. The property is wide for kids to run around and play with. The beach literally in front of the property. Even the beach is kid friendly. The facilities are all functional, the place is clean and the caretakers are accommodating and friendly. We are definitely going back!

Had a fantastic stay at Chuckie's place. Facilities were exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained. It had all the essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. A value for money place, we will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed at Refuge by the Sea from April 16–19, 2025, and had a great time! We were a big group (9 adults, 4 kids), and the beach house was perfect—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed some friendly games of pickleball and badminton. Maria, the host, was very responsive and helped us with activity bookings and food arrangements before our arrival. Everything on the listing was accurate. What you see on the listing is what you get! Kuya Noel, the caretaker, was also very polite and helpful. The pavilion was a great hangout spot, and even without a karaoke machine, we made do with the bluetooth speaker, mic and smart TV for some fun videoke sessions. There were two power interruptions, but the generator set kept things running—just a bit noisy for the room next to it. Overall, a relaxing and fun family getaway. Highly recommended!

My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

We had such a wonderful time at Cresta Paye! The place was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. It honestly exceeded our expectations! The views? Breathtaking. The design? Aesthetic, cozy and classy. It was the perfect blend of luxury, nature and warm hospitality. 🩷 Ms. Lyle (the owner) was very responsive, and Ate Khaye (the helper) was so friendly and accommodating. Both of them were just a call away and made sure we were well taken care of. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the karaoke! 🎶 The sound system was amazing, it was unlimited (Yes! unlimited singing!) and to top it all off—it’s pet-friendly! I brought my medium-sized dog and we all had a blast. The night was filled with music, laughter and good vibes. Truly unforgettable! Thank you for the incredible experience. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to our friends and we’re already looking forward to our next visit to this seaside gem! ✨☀️

We had a fantastic stay at Miranda A - 304! The unit was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a balcony with a nice view. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The location within Pico de Loro was great—close to the Country Club and just a short walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the whole check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet weekend or a family vacation, this unit is a great choice. We’ll definitely be back!

We wish we could’ve extended our stay, but due to prior commitments, we had to head out. Super thankful to Ate who endorsed the room — she was so kind and accommodating! 💛 The price was reasonable, and we’re especially grateful for being allowed to check in early. We had a great stay overall! That dinner on the balcony?
