Enjoy Seattle while staying in our private guests suite! We are the main residence of the property and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city. Just 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Great location! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax. Note, it's not a large space, you can see a top view of my space, with dimensions, in my pictures.

You will hear nature..wind, rain, birds and other ambient sounds, and even experience the glow of the moon. Awake to our peaceful fresh Seattle mornings, and sip a hot beverage on your own porch. A compost toilet in a cedar lined outbuilding is 10 steps away, along with a barrel sauna, fire pit, and lounge area. There is a shower available right inside the main house from 7 am-9pm.

The Rockland Woods Lodge, Lake & Land

Originally built in 1973, the Rockland Woods Lodge was given a rustic-modern refresh in 2018. Located on a quiet, old growth 20-acre property, it overlooks peaceful Mission Lake and the Olympic Mountains—all just a scenic 60-minute ferry ride from Seattle. We host 10 to 20 artists-in-residence free of charge twice a year. Your rental for a retreat, reunion, workshop, or wedding directly supports this mission. Thanks for helping us support artists!

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings, cozy living room w/ a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. **PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. **There’s a staircase to get in and the shower is on the smaller side.**
