Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Roast marshmallows at the fire pit, grill on the barbecue and share a meal under the open sky. At sunrise, there’s no better spot than the patio watching deer wander through the morning mist.

River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

This is a 4 bedroom farm house on a working cattle farm started by my husbands grandfather in rural Yankton county. The land includes lakes where hunting could be arranged and there are many local CRP acres in the area as well. Located on a paved road 1.25 miles from Lesterville, SD. Local area: 25 miles from Yankton, SD, 20 miles to Lewis and Clark Lake, 50 miles to Pickstown, SD. Enjoy the piece and quiet after a long day on the lake or hunting.

Kate's Cottage on the Peterson Farm

A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting. A light, homemade breakfast delivered to your door and an invitation to join us if we're making wood-fired pizza. Just relax!
