The hosts were great. Very considerate and allowed for early check in. The family was very comfortable there for 3 weeks with WiFi that was strong, working kitchen and hot water in the bathrooms. It was easy to access everything near by, by walking and felt very safe as well.

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. schöne unterkunft, wie beschrieben und ordentlich. der host antwortet schnell, es ist ruhig gelegen und doch nah am old quarter und der trainstreet :) gut ausgestattete kleine küche, das einzige mängel wäre, dass das bett etwas hart ist, was allerdings typisch in vietnam ist

Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. It was clean and very well located in the centre of Hanoi. Kim was very friendly and always responded promptly.

주변에 식당도 많고 환전소(금은방 ) 도 많습니다 현지음식식당과 한국가게가 즐비합니다 가장 좋은점이 도보로 원하는 마트와 식당 그리고 맛사지를 즐길수있는곳이 많아서 좋습니다 단 아쉬운점은 티비가 없음 물수압이 약해요 호스트가 대응도 잘해줌 반드시 잠시 방을 비울때도 휴대폰은 갖고 나가야함 한번씩 도어락이 문제가 되어서 락이 되어 못들어갈수가 있음 그럴때는 폰으로 호스트와 연락해야함

Autumn house was a beautiful home and an excellent taste of Hanoi’s culture. Very conveniently located in the Old Quarter, 5-7 minute walk to any famous food or site that we wanted to see. May and her team acted as a concierge with no additional charge, setting up private drivers to and from the airport (in the middle of the night) and they also booked us a day cruise to HaLong Bay which had a shuttle that picked us up at the house. It is a long dark alley to get to the house but it felt very safe and added to the charm. We fell in love with Hanoi! Thank you May for your kindness and help making this our best family trip yet!
