Solrik sokkelleilighet i fin natur ved Strynsvatn

Leiligheten ligger på nordsiden av Strynsvatnet, 1,5 km. fra riksvei 15, ved fylkesveg 722. Leiligheten er nyrenovert i 2019, og har det meste av nødvendig inventar og utstyr. Egen parkering og to terrasser. Soverom med dobbeltseng. Hjørnesovesofa i stuen for 2 pers. TV i stuen, bad med dusj. Vaskerom. Utigård is located in beautiful surroundings close to the fjord, surrounded by snow covered mountains and the mighty glaciers in Olden and Loen in Nordfjord.

Eller bare sitte på verandaen å nyte utsikten og se cruisebåtene seile forbi. Hytten er et perfekt utgangspunkt for toppturer sommer som vinter i vakre Rauma med sine majestetisk fjell. Kort vei til flotte Skorgedalen med skitrekk oppkjørte løyper om vinteren. Bilvei helt frem og parkering på tomten.

Jølet! Tenk å ligge svevande over bakken på ei seng av brusande vatn med stjerner i augo! Det er akkurat det du kan oppleve i Jølet, hytta som er spesialdesigna for å gje ein optimal følelse av nærleik til naturen. På kanten av eit jøl, skapt av elva sitt tusenårige strev for å nå fjorden, svevar hytta delvis i terrenget. Liggande heilt for seg sjølv utan nære naboar, men med utsikt over kulturlandskap og bygdelag, er dette ein perfekt stad både for avslapping og aktivitet.

Cottage of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms. Own kitchen with crockery. The cottage is in a peaceful area with 3 other cabins. The chalet is in a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.
