Enjoy thoughtfully curated interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with blackout blinds and queen beds, and ample free street parking. Multiple bus lines (61A, 61B, 67) provide easy access to CMU, Pitt, Downtown, Squirrel Hill and more. This house is 100 years old and was lovingly restored. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.
