Stay in our renovated Corn Crib on a picturesque 5-acre goat farm, with our friendly goats and pony. Located in the mountains on a scenic country road near Banner Elk, it’s just 30 minutes from Boone and 40 minutes from Grandfather Mountain. Discover great restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries in Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock. Enjoy breathtaking views while hiking and biking in the area. During winter, 4WD or AWD is necessary for snowy mountain roads, with ski resorts just minutes away.

Cozy mountain house in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Boone and ASU. Enjoy the beautiful western sunsets of the mountains while relaxing in the porch swing. Home has fully equipped kitchen. Living room has cable tv, WiFi and fireplace. Property has wonderful shade trees to kick back under and enjoy the surrounding farm land and cattle. In the fall the shade trees are some of the most vibrant shades of orange and yellow in the High Country! We look forward to hosting you!

Whimsical Guest House-Downtown Boone

This is a renovated guest house that was built in 1940. It has great 1940's features, like hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large scale windows. We removed 2 major walls, which opened up kitchen/dining room /living room, to one big space. The guest-house now has an open, bright feel, with a funky, mid-century decor. Our property consists of 3 acres, yet is only one block from downtown Boone. The outside setting is very secluded and natural- with a wooded hillside, creek, and huge yard.

Welcome to Rustic Ridge. Located in the Appalachian Mountains up a holler in Roan Mountain Tennessee. You will enjoy all the porch rocking AND marshmallow roasting that you can stand. Just sit and enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook while you relax by the fire pit or take a hike on our private trail. With deep woods views and changing leaf color this is truly a treasure. Pet friendly with a $35 fee. AT hikers are welcome with free local pick up and drop off with booking. Come enjoy!

The Loft is a 800 SQFT Rustic Urban Design with 1 Bedroom 1 Bath has an open floor plan, Large windows throughout the home with breath taking views of the Mountains and trees surrounding the Property. The Back Porch is totally private with a Sectional Sofa to enjoy the evening breeze or to watch the sunset. Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.

Welcome to Sugarworth Mountain! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, and 2 Baths. The entire house features Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring Throughout. The living room features plenty of seating, great views, a ceiling fan, TV, and a wood burning fireplace. The dining room features the dining room table and chairs, with seating for six, plus a highchair. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances! Two Bedrooms with King Beds, One Bedroom with Two Full Size Beds.
