Fristående hus på lantgård 8 km från Falkenbergs centrum. C:a 300 m till badstrand, 1 km till Grimsholmens naturreservat, Kattegattsleden utanför knuten. I det stora rummet finns köksavdelning med diskmaskin. Där är två enkelsängar placerade. En halvtrappa upp finns två sängar. En trappa ner badrum med dusch, toalett, tvättmaskin och strykjärn. Två uteplatser med en mindre resp en större trädgårdsmöbel. Madrass, täcke och kudde finns till sängarna. Lakan och handdukar har gästen själv med sig.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Här väntar fantastiska promenad- och cykelvägar precis utanför dörren. Tar du dig söderut så får du uppleva det genuina Brantevik som övergår i det vackra "Grönet" som bjuder både på härliga bad vid klipphällar eller lugna, rofyllda promenader längs havet. Tar du dig norrut väntar en härlig gång- och cykelväg till det pittoreska Simrishamn.

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
