Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Located in Swanwick, is a 10 minute drive to Coles Bay and the National Park, 500 meters from Swan River Jetty and boat ramp and minutes from Sand Piper Beach where glorious sunrises and sunsets can be viewed. Relax at this tranquil getaway and take in the amazing view of the ocean from the deck. Leave the blinds open and wake up to a beautiful ocean sunrise. By day, you will see seals lazing on the rocks and may catch a glimpse of whales on their migration. At night, quietly watch for the penguins walking up to their burrows. Shops, restaurants, beaches and boat ramp are all within 15 min walk. Fabulous wineries, great bush walks, National Parks and Wine Glass Bay are within 30 min by car.

Spring Beach Cottage

Private cottage 100 metres from the white sand of Spring Beach, on a large block in a bush setting with beautiful views of the beach, Maria Island and the Triabunna lighthouse. Birds are in abundance and there is also a resident echidna. There is a surcharge of $30 for one night only bookings. ALL PROFITS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY (tariffs less out of pocket expenses, see receipts in visitors' book)

Millingtons House

Millingtons House is a stone’s throw from the riverside and five minutes from the ocean. The house captures daylight from every compass point in spacious rooms that still have a lot of their original features. Millingtons can host 4 guests across two spacious queen bedrooms and one shared bathroom. We welcome pets but request they must strictly remain off all furniture.
