Apartment inside a stable

Spacious (89 m2) apartment located inside a horse stable of 36 horses. There is a lot of horses on the property, Hólaborg is a breeding farm. We have our own lake at the property, we really recommend you to take a walk down there to observe the horses and the unique bird life. The farm is located 73 km from Reykjavík, our location is perfect for exploring the south of Iceland and the Golden Circle as well as spotting the northern lights. The beautiful light house &the beach is only 1 km away.

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful cosy cabin is one of 2 which are located surrounded by amazing nature just 6km from Stokkseyri and 18km from Selfoss. With birds and wildlife in abundance in the surroundings. There are breath taking views of mountains, volcanos, glaciers and gentle walks in nature. Its an amazingly peaceful area to spend some time relaxing, but all while being an excellent location for hitting the sites of south iceland.

Private parking and nice roads from the high way(Road 1). Perfect for 2 guests but also with a nice sleeping sofa so it is possible to accommodate 4 guests. Beautiful nice little house (the one to the right) for 2-4 people, with 2 single beds (or double bed) and 1 sofa bed (for 1-2 persons). The house has a kitchenette and bathroom. Sólvangur is a horse-breeding farm in the South Coast of Iceland. You will have wonderful views to nature, horses, sheep, dogs and cats in the surroundings. Stable Café is on sight with light food, cakes and coffee and you could get to know the Icelandic horse by doing a riding lessons or a stable visit.
