KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

Nestled in the heart of rural North Florida, this picturesque log cabin on 3 acres offers a tranquil retreat enveloped by majestic oaks and towering pines. Stepping inside, they find themselves embraced by the warmth of a cozy interior, where comfortable furnishings invite relaxation. However, the true allure lies where a sprawling outdoor deck beckons guests to unwind amidst the serenity of nature while enjoying their morning deink from the extensive selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away

The Itchetucknee River State Park is 28 miles away with clear spring fed waters. The Suwannee River is 4 miles with the old cable suspension Hal W. Adams bridge. Mallory Swamp WMA is a 15 min drive. 33 miles away from Steinhatchee and the coast. All the comforts of a cozy home with a fully stocked kitchen.

Come enjoy this entire property and cabin just minutes away from Ginnie, Ichetucknee, Poe and Blue Springs. Enjoy the easy access of this location for Kayakers & Canoers. The inlet links you directly into the Santa Fe River. After boating, fishing, floating or swimming by day, enjoy campfires and stargazing by night. Wildlife is all around, deer, turkey, manatees and possibly owls to talk to you by the fire. Relax and enjoy making new memories in our paradise location.

River Retreat

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.

In addition to a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar, we’ve recently improved our outdoor area with a paved patio! Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.
