Nestled on 28 Acres of tranquil Florida nature, you can kick back laying in a hammock & star gaze, roast marshmallows on the fire, catch a stunning sunrise or play a round of disc golf. Florida's premier fresh water springs within 20 to 30 minute drive including: * Ginnie Springs * Ichetuknee * Blue Springs * Poe * Rum Island The Historic town of Alachua, High Springs and Gainesville all within a 20 min drive.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.

In addition to a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar, we’ve recently improved our outdoor area with a paved patio! Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Close to several springs, near restaurants and shops. Located 2.5 miles from Hwy 75. Short drive to Gainesville. Microwave, refrigerator, electric burner and Keurig coffee maker all for your convenience. Access to pool area with lounge chairs, and outdoor gazebo for your enjoyment.
