Private 1 bedroom Guest Unit. Sleeps 3 People.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

This stylish place is perfect for group trips. Nestled in a serene new neighborhood, the main home has two floors. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double sinks, living area with 65” smart TV, laundry room. Downstairs: living room with 65” smart TV, dining area with large round table, full kitchen, pantry, powder room, and coat closet. All overnight guests must be included (full name and age) in the reservation. The NextGen home on the West side of the garage is off limits.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

We have a queen bed, small couch, and a 43" TV in the living area. There is also a full size kitchen, dining table and private bathroom in the apartment. We offer our guests wifi, Hulu live TV, coffee, and a comfortable bed. The space is great for 2 people.
