Centrally located in the heart of Orange City, just a few blocks from the square, Landsmeer Golf course, shopping, and coffee shops. 1/2 mile from Northwestern College. Recently remodeled 3 bedroom with fenced in back yard, firepit, and full kitchen with BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. Super fast WiFI. Your access is the entire upstairs and the back deck. ****The host and his Border Collie Jax live in the basement with a seperate entrance locked off from the upstairs.****

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Close to Dordt University and several attractions

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.

The Loft

This unique place has a style all of its own. Welcome to our lofted guest suite. One private bedroom and bathroom with open area overlooking family garage gym area. The perfect spot whether you’re in town for the weekend or a college game. Please note: bedroom has its own thermostat for your control. Open loft garage area kept around 65 degrees in winter, 74 degrees in the summer.

Located at 10 W 4th Street in downtown Spencer, the historic Medlar Studio is home to the The Medlar Suites. Suite #1 has Wifi and free parking is provided across the street (Public parking lot, well lit). This unit is centrally located and in the heart of the shopping district with the local brewery just around the corner and restaunts within blocks.

Relax in this newly renovated and fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment while visiting family in town or in the area for business. This unit provides free off street parking and on site coin operated laundry in a quiet part of town close to the golf course. Inside you will find a queen size bed and a futon that converts into a full size bed.

Located on a historic golf course (Sioux Golf & Country Club) that was established in 1888. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sports a spacious living area including an 800 square foot deck that overlooks the golf course. Relax with the whole family, enjoy the fireplace in the winter, and the golf course views throughout the year.
